Dispatch & Delivery

Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, although there may be a slight delay during exceptionally busy periods such as our seasonal sales. Estimated delivery times should be used as a guide only and commence from the day of dispatch. MAISONDUPOSH is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

EU delivery

Express delivery
We offer express delivery within the EUROPEAN UNION via DHL. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days and delivered within 3 business days. Someone will need to be available to sign for your order, otherwise it will be kept by DHL so that you can arrange redelivery. Please note that there may be a slight delay during the sale period.

International delivery
Orders for delivery outside the EU will take 3-7 business days.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking code, so that you can monitor your delivery until it arrives with you.

Packaging
All of our bags come packaged in a protective MAISONDUPOSH dust bag. Clutches and small leather goods will arrive in tissue paper and our signature presentation box.

Taxes & duties
If you are ordering for delivery outside the EU, we will remove VAT from the price automatically. Please note if you are ordering from outside the European Union your order maybe subject to duties and taxes in your country of delivery. These costs will need to be paid by you before or upon delivery. You will be notified by DHL if and of any charges applicable before delivery.

Return / Exchange / Refunds / Repairs:

RETURNS
If you decide not to keep an item you ordered online you can return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Please visit www.duposh.com/RMA to request a Return Merchant Authorisation (RMA) number as you will need to include this with your return. Please note that returns cannot be accepted without this RMA number.

Please make sure the item you are returning is in perfect condition and with the security tab intact and including the dustbag or presentation box it was delivered with.

All returns should be accompanied by the original invoice and the returns section on the reverse of the delivery note must be completed, to include the RMA as per the above.

Please note we can only accept returns on bespoke products if they are faulty or were damaged upon arrival.

All items being returned in accordance with this clause must be safely and securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. We shall not accept an item for refund if it has been damaged in transit or otherwise.

We strongly recommend when returning items to us you use recorded or special delivery as we are unable to refund items which are lost in the post. All goods shall remain your responsibility until we receive them.

EXCHANGE:
Exchanged items will only be dispatched once returned goods have undergone quality checks. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of return.

REFUNDS:
If you return an item to us because it is faulty, we will include with your refund the postage that you were charged when purchasing the item, and the postage you paid when returning the item to us (this does not affect your statutory rights).

If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we shall only refund the cost of the returned item, and you will be fully liable for the postage paid when returning the item to us and when purchasing the item.

Repairs
We offer a complimentary repair service for 12 months from the day you purchased your product.

If you have had your product for more than 12 months then we will assess the work that’s required. If we are able to repair the item we will send you a quote.

Please note that we will require valid proof of purchase before we proceed with any repair.

How It Works
If you have an item that requires a repair then please email us some images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area. Our repair team will then assess the work that’s required and advise you on how to proceed.

Repairs can take 6 – 8 weeks, but we will try our best to get your products back to you as soon as possible.
